By creating an account on lyra.social you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your country) to use lyra.social. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity on your account. Enable two-factor authentication for additional security.

When using lyra.social, you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content inciting violence.
• Impersonate others or distribute false information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts.
• Use the service for spam, unauthorised automation, or to harm the infrastructure.

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to host, display and transmit it as part of the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or the law. Sanctions range from warnings to permanent bans, depending on severity.

Your account may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product at least 30 days before taking effect.

These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute falls under the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's registered seat.
