In accordance with EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), lyra.social provides a dedicated point of contact for users and authorities, along with a procedure to report illegal content.

Report illegal content
To report content you believe is illegal:
- Use the "Report" button available on each message or post.
- Specify the nature of the content (illegality, harassment, copyright, etc.) and provide a direct link.
- You will receive an acknowledgement and will be kept informed of the outcome.
Handling of reports
Every report is reviewed by our moderation team. Decisions (removal, suspension, block) are reasoned and notified to affected parties, in accordance with DSA Article 17.
Right to appeal
If you disagree with a moderation decision, you may appeal by emailing dsa@lyra.social within 6 months. You may also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body.
